CHI RentSecure
The CHI Life Rent Secure Plan is an endowment-based savings and protection solution designed to help policyholders systematically accumulate funds for periodic rent payments while building long-term financial security.
The plan pays the policyholder’s annual rent from the first policy anniversary through to maturity, ensuring predictable and uninterrupted rental support. In the event of the policyholder’s death during the policy term, the next annual rent payment, together with total accumulated premiums plus interest, will be paid to the nominated beneficiaries.

Requirements for Premium Computation
- Completion of Proposal Form

- Utility Bill(that confirms the address in the proposal form)

- Beneficiaries Date of Birth
- Account Number of the Life Proposed
Policy holder must be between 18 – 65 years of age.
The policy duration ranges from 3 to 10 years
NGN 1,000,000, with no maximum limit
Premiums can be paid annually, half-yearly, quarterly or monthly.
Option to increase annual rent by 10% or 20% from the second policy anniversary to cater for inflation.
Premiums remain fixed throughout the policy term for regular premium-paying options, whether rent is fixed or increasing
Life cover (Death Benefit)provided equals the annual rent plus accumulated premiums
