Legacy Plan
This Legacy Plan is designed to provide an immediate lump sum cash payment to the policyholder in the event of death of any nominated member covered under the policy. The funds are specially designated to cover funeral expenses, relieving the financial burden on surviving family members.

- Families wishing to protect their family member for up to 5 nominated members.
- Low- and middle-income earners looking for protection with added value (cash back and health check-ups).
- Professionals and self-employed persons planning for end-of-life financial needs.
Benefits
- Funeral Expenses: The policy guarantees a lumpsum payable to beneficiary of policyholder to cover cost incurred during funeral of a covered member within 48 hours.
- Surrender Benefit: If the policyholder decides to cancel the policy before death or policyholder’s nominated members death, a surrender value may be available based on the premiums paid and the duration of the policy.
- Embedded Medical Benefit: The policy includes a complimentary routine medical examination once every two (2) years for each main policyholder. This benefit is provided at no additional premium and covers basic health screenings (blood pressure, blood sugar and BMI) conducted through designated medical partners for sum assureds 5million and above.
- Tax Relief: Policy qualifies for tax rebate.
- Full name, gender, and date of birth of policyholder or members()
- Age and gender distribution of all lives to be covered
- Medical history and current health status (waiting period applies for pre-existing conditions)
- Desired Sum Assured (e.g., ₦100,000 – ₦10 million)
- Duration/term of cover(The Age Determines the duration)
- Premium payment frequency (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual)
- Proof of insurable interest in nominated members (e.g, birth/marriage certificates where applicable)
- Medical examination report (depending on age and sum assured)
