Eddie Efekoha

Chairman
Eddie Efekoha is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Consolidated Hallmark Holdings Plc, a position he assumed following his retirement from executive responsibilities at Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc. His distinguished career in the insurance sector spans several decades, beginning in 1985, during which he held senior executive roles across leading insurance broking and underwriting firms in Nigeria. Eddie has held numerous leadership roles within the industry, including serving as the 40th President of the West African Insurance Companies Association (WAICA), the 49th President and Chairman of the Governing Council of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (2018-2020), and the 22nd Chairman of the Nigerian Insurers Association, the representative body for all licensed insurance and reinsurance companies in Nigeria. At the continental level, he is also a member of the Executive Committee of the African Insurance Organization (AIO), contributing to the advancement of insurance practice across Africa. Academically, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Insurance and an MBA, both from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London and the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. Eddie has also undertaken executive education at top global institutions, including the Chief Executive Programme at the Lagos Business School and the Owner/President Management Programme (OPM) at the Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.

Obaro Osah

Non-Executive Director
Obaro is a seasoned banker with over 20 years of experience spanning International Operations, Trade Services, Treasury, Correspondent Banking and Business Development and currently serves as the Head of SME Operations at the Bank of Industry. He has also held senior roles at FCMB, Unity Bank and UBA Plc. He holds a degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Lagos, an MBA from the University of Nigeria, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

Uwamai Igein

Non-Executive Director
Uwamai, current Managing Director of Dormai Signs Limited is an Associate Registered Practitioner in Advertising (ARPA), a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, a Fellow of Attitudinal Change Managers (FACM), and a Member of the Institute of Directors in Nigeria and the UK. He is also an honorary life vice president of the Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of PFC Africa Communications Limited and also serves on the board of Lagos State Golf Association. He is an Accounting graduate of Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, and also holds postgraduate and MBA degrees in Finance from the University of Uyo and Kaplan, Southampton. He continues to contribute significantly to business growth and professional leadership.

Bode Opadokun

Non-Executive Director
Bode Opadokun is a mult-versatile, prudent insurance professional with over two decades of underwriting, marketing and executive managerial experience. He is the immediate past managing director of Sanlam General Insurance Nigeria and also served as Managing Director of the Nigerian Agricultural Insurance Corporation. He is a graduate of the Lagos State Polytechnic, Fellow of the Chartered Insurance institute of Nigeria and has an MBA in Insurance from the Delta State University. His industry footprints cover General Business and Special Risks, as well as Agricultural Insurance.

Folashade Onanuga

Non-Executive Director
Folashade Onanuga is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner with over 30 years experience in pension consultancy and was until recently the Director General of the Lagos State Pension Commission. She earlier served as General Manager/CEO with Glanvill Enthoven Life and Pension Consultants and also Chief Operating Officer/Executive Director of Veritas Glanvills. She is a graduate of the University of Ife(now Obafemi Awolowo university), a Chartered Secretary of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a Fellow of the Certified Pension Institute.

Tope Ilesanmi

Managing Director
Tope is an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and served as General Manager/Divisional Director at Consolidated Hallmark Insurance before his recent appointment. He has close to three decades of experience in risk management, insurance underwriting, claims administration, reinsurance and marketing. Tope holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Lagos, an MBA from Bayero University, Kano and an MSC degree from the University of Port Harcourt.

Patience Ugboajah

Executive Director, Operations
Patience is a seasoned insurance executive and transformation leader with over 18 years of experience spanning strategy, operations, technical functions and business development across leading Nigerian insurance institutions. She has worked with several Insurance Companies at Executive Management level building deep expertise across life and non-life portfolios. Her remarkable career and dedication to excellence make her a catalyst leader in the insurance industry, inspiring young professionals and driving sector-wide transformation. She holds a National Diploma in Insurance, a B.Sc. in Economics and an Executive MBA from Lagos Business School. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, an Associate of NCRIB and CIoD.

Rukevwe Falana

Company Secretary
Rukevwe Falana is a seasoned legal practitioner with over two decades of experience in company secretarial practice, regulatory compliance and legal risk management and currently serves as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators an alumna of the Lagos Business School, and a Member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria. She provides critical support to the Board, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and advancing a culture of governance excellence.

Douglas Osimi

Head, Business Development
Douglas is an accomplished insurance professional with over 15 years of experience and extensive expertise in the retail marketing space and currently serves as Head of Business Development at CHI Life Assurance Limited. He began his career at a foremost insurance company and rose through the ranks to the Head of Manufacturing, Large Corporates, before joining Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc as Head of Retail Marketing. He later served as Managing Director of CHI Microinsurance Limited, where he provided strategic leadership and drove growth in the microinsurance sector and has continued to make impactful contributions to insurance growth and business development. Douglas is a graduate of Accounting from Lagos State Polytechnic and an Associateof the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN).

Dapo Oladimeji

Chief Financial Officer
Dapo Oladimeji has over 15 years of postqualificationprofessional experience spanning finance, taxation,insurance and compliance management and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of CHI Life Assurance Limited. A thoroughbred Chartered Accountant, he is a Fellow of theInstitute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and anAssociate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation ofNigeria (CITN). His career includes roles as Head ofAccounts at ICS Outsourcing Limited and positions atGuaranty Trust Bank Plc, where he gained valuable financialand operational expertiseDapo holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Abuja and an M.Sc. in Finance from Delta State University, Abraka.

Habibat is a seasoned strategy and project management professional with over 18 years of experience across Nigeria’s financial services, insurance, and consulting sectors. She currently serves as Head of Strategy and Project Management, where she leads strategic planning, corporate performance management, and enterprise-wide project execution. Habibat brings deep expertise in facilitating strategy sessions, conducting market and process reviews, and developing actionable strategic frameworks that enhance organisational effectiveness. Her structured approach, industry insight, and innovation mindset have positioned her as a key driver of long-term value creation within the Group. She holds Bachelor's degree in Economics from Covenant University and a Master’s in Economics and Finance from the University of Kent.
